What is the Spay/Neuter Program?
image spacer format"Spay a Pet & Save a Life." The Program is designed to provide spay or neuter service to a segment of the population that is economically disadvantaged. The focus is made to serve mainly the elderly or those less fortunate, who have limited financial resources. This is a special community service program to provide assistance to those who are unable to afford to have their dogs or cats spayed or neutered. Spaying and neutering also helps to limit the pet population, thus, in turn, helps prevent neglect and unwanted animals. The Krewe encourages education to the public about being a responsible owner.
